Two art studios with kilns and a photography studio afford students in all grades myriad opportunities to work in 2-D and 3-D media. AP Studio is offered for the serious art student in 12th grade, and AP Art History is offered to students in grades 10-12.
Instrumental students have the opportunity to play along together in the Marching Bulldogs, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, and the Middle School Band.
UMS-Wright Singers is the umbrella title for all choruses. Students in grades 6-12 perform as the UMS-Wright Singers, Wrightorians (women's ensemble), Cadets (men's ensemble), and Middle School Singers (grades 6-8). Upper School students in the Wright Singers may audition for the select a capella ensemble, the PawCappellas.
The Theatre Guild is the umbrella organization for the Middle School Drama Club, Upper School Theatre Guild, and the Upper School auditioned-ensemble, the Wright Players. Students mount three to four mainstage productions each year with two additional showcase performances by the Wright Players. Typical seasons include a classical or period play in the fall and a spring musical. Additionally, the Wright Players represent the school at district and state-level competitions.
The Cadet (yearbook), Crimson & Grey (newspaper), and Mind's Eye (literary magazine), and the Bulldog Beat (middle school newspaper) are three publications produced by middle and upper school students.
